Poor
otter didn't stand a chance. . .
Downtown Fergus Falls was once decorated with miniature otter statues along Lincoln
Avenue. Most were either accidentally knocked over by cars parking along the street, or
destroyed by vandals. The only remaining otter statue is located safe and sound in City
Hall. |
